Hi, I’m Phil, founder of iConscious Therapy.

Show up with a curious mind and a willingness to try the exercises — that alone puts you miles ahead.
You don’t need experience, and there’s no pressure to share anything personal. Simply follow the guided steps, participate in the breakouts at a level that feels right for you, and allow yourself to lean into the process.
Be prepared to have a bit of fun and enjoy the experience.

A quiet space, headphones, and a notebook can also make a big difference (and of course solid internet connection).
And remember: the people who get the most out of these sessions are the ones who arrive open to learning something new — even if they’re not sure what that is yet.
