A Discovery Call is simply an opportunity for you and I to connect and have a chat,  for you to ask questions and assess whether you would like to work with me in addressing and helping you to overcome your particular issues.
The process is simple, you book an available time that suits, I will call you back and we chat – it’s that easy!

Yes — all sessions are held securely online via video (Zoom – Telehealth). This makes therapy more flexible, private, and accessible no matter where you live in Australia.

Once you book your session, you’ll receive a secure video link and appointment details via email. You’ll need a quiet, private space and a device with internet access.
The session itself is just like being in a therapy room with me — just from the comfort of your own environment.

Yes — research shows that online therapy is just as effective as in-person sessions for many mental health concerns. In fact, my clients find it more convenient and consistent.

I use a combination of clinical hypnotherapy, strategic psychotherapy, NLP, and Time Line Therapy® — tailored to your specific needs and desired outcome.

Your first session is slightly longer, put aside 90 minutes, as the first part of the session is about understanding your goals and building a shared direction for your therapy journey.
Then we can begin working with relevant tools to support your specific needs.

Standard therapy sessions run for 50–60 minutes. I also offer free 15-minute discovery calls if you’d like to connect briefly before committing to a full session.

Yes. Everything you share is treated with complete respect and privacy, in accordance with professional and ethical standards. The only exceptions are in cases of serious risk or legal obligation, which we’ll discuss in your first session.

That depends on your goals and the nature of what you’re working through.
Many clients experience positive effective changes within a few sessions, while others choose to continue for deeper support, sometimes for additional or more complex issues.

Hypnosis is a safe, natural and relaxed, focused state — similar to daydreaming or getting ‘lost’ in thought. You’re fully aware and in control the whole time. It simply allows your mind to become more receptive to positive suggestions and change, in fact it is a heightened state of focus and awareness.

You remain aware, alert, and able to stop at any point during the process. You’ll remember the session and can talk throughout if needed.

Confidentiality is at the heart of everything I do. Many of my clients seek help with deeply personal challenges, and I believe their privacy deserves full respect—even in how I promote my practice.

While testimonials are common in the mental health field, I’ve chosen not to include them here. Your journey is yours alone, never shared or used for marketing purposes.

Payment

Fees vary depending on session type. You can view current rates and available times on the booking page.

Payment is handled securely through Halaxy, which is a provider specifically for the medical and healthcare industry. Halaxy is a leading health platform used by thousands of practitioners and patients globally.

Payment is made by credit or debit card via Halaxy’s secure system. You’ll enter your card details when you book your session, but the card won’t be charged until after the session is complete, payment is processed on the day of session.
I only accept card payments at this time. This process is automatic, confidential, secure and ensures a smooth experience.

You can reschedule one-on-one sessions via your confirmation email or by contacting me directly. I kindly ask for at least 48 business hours’ notice.

For one-on-one sessions; 48 business hours or more notice does not incur a cancellation fee (this enables cancelled appointments to be freed up or available for those on a wait list to be allocated).
Cancellation of appointments between 48 and 24 business hours notice will incur 50% fee and less than 24 business hours notice will incur the full session fee.

At this stage, I do not offer Medicare rebates. Some private health funds may offer rebates for hypnotherapy — please check with your provider directly.
