Booking your first session is simple, secure, and only takes a few moments. Whether you’re seeking support for anxiety, stress, trauma, or simply want to explore new ways to feel more balanced, you’re in the right place.
Sessions are held online, available Australia-wide and New Zealand, and are designed to meet you where you are — emotionally and geographically.
From here you can book either a Discovery Call (Phil will call you back), or your Online Session from the appropriate available time slots (Australia and NZ only).

D-Stress-Reset workshops are available to worldwide participants and a great starting point, these can be booked in calendar below.
Fees vary depending on session and service type.
Discovery Call:
Your Discovery Call is FREE, once booked I will call you at the allocated time. It’s a chance to have a chat ask some questions and see if you feel you would like to work together to achieve your desired outcome.
There is absolutely no obligation with this call.
Discovery calls are available in Australia and New Zealand only.
D-Stress-Reset – Group Workshops:
This is a structured 90 minute educational workshop focused on learning and practising practical stress-reset techniques.
These workshops are small groups, limited to 12 participant per workshop and are available worldwide.
While the tools are grounded in therapeutic practice, this is not group therapy.
Cost – $95.00AU
New Client – First Appointment:
Your First appointment is a longer session than normal.
The first part of the session is for you and I to go over the presenting issue or issues and work on a strategy that will help you move forward towards achieving your goal (30min).
The second part (approximately 45min) is where we begin to work on resolving whatever it is that we need to arrive at a positive outcome. New Client – First Appointment – $285.00AU
You will be provided with a recording of your therapy session, for you to regularly listen to, this help reinforce the work we have done together.
Private therapeutic sessions are available to clients located in Australia and New Zealand, in accordance with professional regulatory requirements.
Existing Client
If required your follow-up appointments are 50 minutes, where we recap on how you have been going, the positive changes you have noticed and answer any questions that have arisen for you. Then we work on reinforcing the strategy and the resources developed to achieve your goal.
You will be provided with a recording of your therapy session, for you to regularly listen to, this help reinforce the work we have done together. Existing Client Appointment – $250.00AU
Private therapeutic sessions are available to clients located in Australia and New Zealand, in accordance with professional regulatory requirements.
Payment is handled securely through Halaxy, which is a provider specifically for the medical and healthcare industry. Halaxy is a leading health platform used by thousands of practitioners and patients globally.
Payment is made by credit or debit card via Halaxy’s secure system. You’ll enter your card details when you book your session, but the card won’t be charged until after the session is complete, payment is processed on the day of session.
I only accept card payments at this time. This process is automatic, confidential, secure and ensures a smooth experience.
For new and existing client appointments:
You can reschedule or cancel via your confirmation email or by contacting me directly. I kindly ask for at least 48 business hours’ notice.
For Group Online Workshops:
Please ensure you are able to attend the workshop you have booked as group online workshops are non-refundable, as there are limited spaces and multiple participants.
For new Client and Existing client appointments:
48 business hours or more notice does not incur a cancellation fee (this enables cancelled appointments to be freed up or available for those on a wait list to be allocated).
Cancellation of appointments with less than 48 business hours notice will incur 50% fee and less than 24 business hours notice will incur the full session fee.
For Group Online Workshops:
Please ensure you are able to attend the workshop you have booked as group online workshops can’t be cancelled and are non-refundable, as there are limited spaces and multiple participants.
At this stage, I do not offer Medicare rebates, many Private Health Funds may offer rebates — please check with your provider directly, our private health fund provider number will be on your invoice for your reference.
