What is self-esteem?

Self-esteem is how we see and value ourselves.
When it’s low, it can affect our relationships, career, and ability to take action.
You might feel like you’re not “enough” — smart enough, strong enough, deserving enough.
Sometimes we unintentionally project those feelings onto others, believing that “they” don’t see you as strong, deserving, intelligent, valuable even when deep down you know you are!

These beliefs aren’t facts. They’re habits and patterns of thought that you are running, often picked up early in life and continued on through unproductive ‘self-talk’ and can manifest as limiting beliefs.
